What new operational procedures are in place for Universal CityWalk?

As we begin limited operation of select venues at Universal Orlando’s CityWalk, we are implementing specific procedures and practices for the safety and health of our Team Members and guests:

- We are requiring temperature checks for all guests upon their arrival. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater will not be able to enter CityWalk. As part of our standard procedures, Team Members will undergo temperature checks as well.

- Everyone – including all Team Members and guests – is required to wear face coverings while at Universal CityWalk.

- Each venue will limit capacity to help enforce social distancing

- All chairs, tables and high-touch surfaces will be thoroughly and frequently cleaned and disinfected

Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to visit. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

What are the hours of operation for CityWalk and which venues are open?

Select venues at Universal CityWalk will be open from 4–10 pm and are as follows: Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.™ Restaurant & Market, Jimmy Buffett’s® Margaritaville® (outside seating and Lone Palm area only), Red Oven Pizza Bakery, Voodoo Doughnut, Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company™ (retail only), Universal Studios Store and select merchandise carts as well as Hollywood Drive-In Golf.

Please note that each restaurant will have a limited menu and limited seating available. Also, Blue Man Group, all nightclubs and Universal Cinemark will remain temporarily closed at this time.

Will I have to wear a face covering? What if I don’t have one? Yes – all guests will be required to wear a face covering during their visit. If a guest does not have a face covering, we will provide a complimentary disposable one for use during their visit. We will also have face coverings available for purchase.

What about face coverings when guests are eating? We have arranged tables and seating so that guests can remove their face coverings while they eat. But we ask that they wear them at all other times.

What will happen if a guest has a high temperature? Any guest that has a temperature of 100.4 degrees or greater will not be able to enter CityWalk and it will be requested that the individual see a doctor, per CDC guidelines.

Will I have to pay for parking? Self-parking is complimentary during our limited reopening and is subject to change. Valet parking is not available at this time.
