Fright Nights Fearstival Set To Return To THORPE PARK Resort In 2020

We all love the fun of the fear, so it’s time to cavort at the creepiest carnival in town… get ready for blood-pumping thrills and screams aplenty at THORPE PARK FRIGHT NIGHTS!

Returning to the Resort from 9th – 11th October and 16th October – 1st November, prepare to reawaken your darkest nightmares as the UK’s premier award-winning Halloween event is back with a sinister twist.

FRIGHT NIGHTS FEARSTIVAL sees the return of some of the Island’s fear-some favourites. Deserted railroad horror maze Platform 15 is back with a vengeance, as the haunted souls on the tracks prepare to give park guests a fright to remember. And, to add a (blood) splash of horror movie magic, the Resort’s Screamplexx Cinema will be opening its doors again for a monstrous movie marathon, just make sure you don’t drop your popcorn…

But it’s not all familiar fun and games, FIVE new horrifying live-action experiences await as guests take in the chilling atmosphere before taking on some of Europe’s most thrilling rides in the dead of night.

With FEAR lurking around every corner, The FEARSTIVAL Arena will see a mysterious menagerie rolling into the heart of the island. Not just smoke and mirrors, the dusty and dilapidated FEARSTIVAL Arena is home to a cabaret of carnage, but the question is, will you leave shaking in FEAR or grinning in awe?

Hold up, wait a minute, it’s a CHOPPER! The Freaks of the Creek have hacked their way out of the Creek Woods Sawmill and Creak Freaks Unchained sees them wreak havoc on the town. Make sure you tread carefully past the deranged family of lumberjacks, and brace yourself for the gruesome worst, or you may just discover how much wood a wood chop would chop if a wood chop could chop YOU!

Oh and don’t forget to keep your wits about you as you roam the FEARSTIVAL. Chilling out in the twilight you’ll find the students of LycanThorpe High. The Howling of LycanThorpe High will see you invited to join as they hunt for new recruits. Just pray the moon isn’t full, as their bite is worse than their bark…

Also roaming and creeping in the dead of night are The Crows. Rumours and myth passed down from generation come to light, but blink, and they’re gone, out of sight. Near the crows, nobody goes, are they watching? Nobody knows.

NEW for 2020 – Enter the dystopian wasteland after dark as THE SWARM has invaded, leaving a path of carnage and desolation in its wake. Head with caution as you pass through this alien infested landscape and pray you aren’t abducted by these other-worldly extra-terrestrials. THE SWARM: INVASION – then end is now.

And for those that love a horror maze, the FEAR factor’s well and truly amped up for Roots of Evil, as we unearth the horrors lurking within a forsaken forest and prepare to meet the terrifying abominations that dwell within. Just make sure you move discreetly through the dark undergrowth, and pray your presence goes unnoticed, or risk becoming one of the forgotten forever.
