- To guarantee your entry into an activity, we recommend that you pre-book to ensure that you have reserved a place. This way, you can also set up your Bear Tag account which allows you to link your credit card to make purchases with a band that you will be given when you arrive, as well as collect photos, open your locker, as well as to access the different activities that you have booked with a simple tap.

- We recommend wearing active-wear and lace up trainers that are comfortable to move in, and please bring along a towel and swimwear for the Dive or Snorkel experiences. All of the activities are indoors apart from our High Ropes, so make sure to bring a coat in cooler weather if you're taking on this activity! The High Ropes is an outdoor activity and will open in all weathers. We will only close High Ropes in extreme high winds or storms.
